Cantilever Rack

Cantilever racks offer perfect storage for longer or very large products (tubing, PVC, carpet, sheet metal, etc). Cantilever racking consists of arms attached to a beam at one end. These structural arms can be set up to receive different products and lengths, and the aisle side provides free access to lift trucks.

Carton Flow

Carton flow rack is simply sloped shelving with a roller system, enabling better product flow and greater lane elasticity. Cases are loaded from the up slope access and move down from the high end of the shelves toward the front as product inventory diminishes. This category of equipment is oftentimes used by food and beverage operations to consolidate lower selling SKUs.

Drive In Rack

Drive-in racking is a high density industrial racking design with overhead cross beams that drives efficiencies in warehouse space and employee productivity. Pallets are supported by rails anchored to the uprights. Lift trucks are allowed to easily travel in and out of each column of pallets. Several different types of businesses employ drive-in racking, particularly those with large stocks of uniform items.

A few applications for drive-in pallet racking are food service, grocery, food manufacturing, import/export, bulk product handling, and paint.

Because these types of pallet racks are loaded from the face, management of inventory is in a “first-in/last-out” order.

Pallet Flow Rack

Pallet flow racking is a high density alternative that uses a deep lane storage rack layout and a first in/first out pallet handling protocol. Pallet flow rack setups are often put into use for industries with a large stock of pallets of uniform products.

Pallets are loaded from an aisle in the back and picked up from an aisle in the front. As pallets from the face are unloaded, the pallets in the rear travel down a decline along wheels or roller belts. This type of configuration is often utilized in the beverage industry, or other operations that have heavy merchandise with “first in/first out” constraints.

Push Back Rack

Push back rack systems are high capacity designs that make efficient use of warehouse space, supporting up to 3,000 pounds in two to six foot deep bays. All pallets are added and retrieved from the face of the racks, permitting extremely dense storage within your warehouse.

This is a “last in/first out” variety of setup. As new pallets are desposited in the front, the products behind travel up a slope via carts on steel tracks. The opposite occurs as products are removed.

Selective Rack

Selective racking is the most commonly used type of storage today. These racks are made up of load beams mounted on uprights via bolts or teardrop connectors. Selective rack is constructed from either roll formed or structural steel, with the former typically being not as costly and more versatile.

Standard selective rack options are generally configured as “single deep”, which means they have a single length of bays per row measuring 96” x 42”. Double deep racking options have rows the same height, but doubly wide, so they can store two pallets per bay. Double deep configurations are filled from the face, making them a “first in/last out” implementation.

Different racking applications demand various styles of pallet rack decking and accessories. Pick from standard wire decking, solid steel or slotted/perforated steel depending on your specific use.

Boltless Shelving

Besides pallet racking, we offer a complete line of boltless shelving in light, medium and heavy duty choices. This style of shelves is ideal for light industrial or shop use, shipping operations, record archives, parts and dozens of other applications that need lighter weight support.

You can order decks as regular particle board, solid metal or wire decking. No nuts, bolts or additional small parts are necessary for setting up this product, making installation a simple project. Add accessories like side panels, work tables, post caps, tie plates or footplates.
