Pallet Racking & Industrial Shelving

We offer attractive terms, in addition to services like engineering, installation, project management and customer safety inspection. If you need a hand with warehouse storage, we can help!

Cantilever Rack

Cantilever racks offer ideal storage for longer or oversized products (pipe, plywood, lumber, sheet metal, etc). Cantilever racking is made up of arms attached to a beam on a single end. These structural arms can be configured to accommodate different products and lengths, and the aisle side provides free access to lift trucks.

Carton Flow

Carton flow rack is simply sloped shelving with a skate-wheel system, allowing for improved product flow and increased lane adaptability. Boxes are loaded from the up slope access and travel down from the high end of the shelves toward the lower end as product inventory diminishes. This category of equipment is quite often used by food and beverage facilities to consolidate lower selling SKUs.

Drive In Rack

Drive-in racking is primarily used for high density industrial applications where large quantities of identical items are grouped and stocked together. Drive-in pallet racking is suitable for operations where whole bays of pallets get relocated simultaneously.

Bays are normally a column of four pallet. Drive-in racks are set up with beams at the top so that lift trucks can be maneuvered into and out of the columns. Pallets sit on twin tracks situated on the uprights on each side of the column.

These racking systems allow the lift truck handler to travel up to four pallet lengths into the bay, deposit the product in the proper place and then back out.

Because these types of pallet racks are filled from the front, management of stock is in a "first-in/last-out" order.

Pallet Flow Rack

Pallet flow racking is a high density option that applies a deep lane storage rack layout and a first in/first out pallet handling protocol. Pallet flow rack systems are typically used for applications with an extensive stock of pallets of the same products.

Pallets are filled from a lane in the rear and retrieved from an aisle on the face. As pallets from the face are removed, the pallets behind advance down a decline along wheels or roller belts. This type of racking is commonly put to use in the beverage industry, or other enterprises that have heavy products with "first in/first out" constraints.

Push Back Rack

Push back rack setups are high density configurations that maximize capacity, supporting up to 3,000 lbs. in two to six foot deep channels. All pallets are filled and depleted from the face of the equipment, allowing for extremely dense storage inside your warehouse.

Push back racks are a "last in/first out" variety of system. As new products are desposited in the front, the pallets in back of them move up a slope on top of carts on steel rails. The reverse occurs as goods are removed.

Selective Rack

Selective racking is the most broadly enlisted pallet rack today. These systems consist of load beams mounted on uprights via bolts or teardrop connectors. Selective rack is formed from either roll formed or structural steel, with the former typically being not as costly and more versatile.

Standard selective rack options are usually configured as "single deep", meaning they have a single length of bays per row measuring 96" x 42". Double deep racking options have rows the same height, but two times as wide, meaning they can accommodate two pallets per bay. Double deep configurations are filled from the front, which makes them a "first in

Depending on your load capacity and application, you may also wish to select different styles of pallet rack decking and accessories. Choose from standard wire decking, solid steel or slotted/perforated steel depending on your specific use.

Boltless Shelving

In addition to pallet racking, we offer a complete range of boltless shelving in light, medium and heavy duty choices. This style of shelves is suitable for light industrial or shop use, shipping facilities, record archives, parts and many other uses that require less weight support.

You can order decks as regular particle board, solid metal or wire decking. No nuts, bolts or other small parts are necessary for setting up this product, so installation is a simple project. Add accessories like side panels, work tables, post caps, tie plates or footplates.
